Our client, a world-class financial institution and industry titan, is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to join their team in Westlake Village, California. This position will be responsible for managing in-house meetings and client experience; acting as the single point of contact for the client, engaging resource partners as needed and supervising on-site vendor staff to exceed client expectations. The ideal candidate should be a strategic thinker, have excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, work well under pressure and be highly organized. This is a temporary position working part-time (24-30 hours per week)

Job Details
- Oversight of Client Center operations including vendor partners, high profile meetings and events and facility engagement
- Handle day to day opportunities presented and provide strategic solutions that align with Client Center business strategy and standards
- Implement, develop and follow Client Center protocols for all client meetings (meet and greet, security protocols, catering set-up, client management)
- Establishes a trusting and inclusive relationship with all collaborative partners within the firm and externally
- Keeping track of inventory, standard purchases and invoicing
- Identify business trends and meeting volume to ensure maximum utilization of space and prioritize meetings
- Ability to make poised decisions and proper escalation
- Manages budget and resources effectively
- Survey client experience and propose ways to improve process/procedures and amenities to enhance quality and productivity
- Provide innovative solutions and follow industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices delivering continuous elevated experiences
- Liaise with staff on various administrative tasks such as but not limited to: invoice processing, scheduling maintenance calls with vendors and order kitchen, banquet and office supplies among others
- Understand client needs, goals and preferences translating them into meeting concepts and strategies

Skills and Qualifications
- Five plus years’ experience in 5-star hotels, Event Planning and Food & Beverage with high touch customer service
- Effectively manage guest experience and expectations through a high level of tact and diplomacy
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and apply judgment to priority
- Working knowledge of audio-visual systems
- Flexibility to deal with a fast-paced, diverse environment
- MS Office skills, knowledge of EMS booking system (a plus)

Pay Range: $27 to $30 per hour based on experience
