That's why we are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Coordinator to help us maintain our high standards and ensure every customer interaction is managed with care and professionalism. You’ll play a vital role in supporting our clients and ensuring that their experience with our company is nothing short of excellent.
Responsibilities:
- Function as the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Coordinate closely with internal teams, including logistics and warehouse staff, to guarantee accurate, on-time product delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of customer interactions, orders, and service issues within the company’s CRM system.
- Resolve customer complaints or issues, providing effective solutions that enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide customers with relevant product information, availability updates, and shipping statuses as needed.
- Aid with returns, exchanges, and follow-up communications related to orders to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree needed.
- 1 + years of experience or successful internship completion.
- Manufacturing experience is preferred, but not needed to apply.
- Microsoft Office experience required (including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Customer database experience preferred.
- Knowledge of metrics is needed.
