Responsible for notifying all employees of the timecard deadline each pay period.
Responsible for preparing a reconciliation of approved hours to Workforce Now.
Post edits, payroll adjustments and corrections.
Enter bonuses, retro pay and shift differential pay into ADP.
Assist with the review of the pre-process register to ensure accuracy of payroll data.
Receives and opens the payroll package.
Responsible for mailing payroll checks.
Assist in responding to employee inquiries and questions regarding pay.
Runs reports from ADP report writer.
Recommend process improvements.
Attends and actively participates in supervision and staff meetings.
Performs all duties in accordance with the agency’s policies and procedures.
