BGSF has partnered with a water and wastewater services company that operates in 20 U.S. states and 2 Canadian provinces to fill a Tax Manager position. We are looking for a strong Tax Manager who will oversee income tax compliance and provision, as well as indirect tax responsibilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with external providers to ensure accuracy in federal and state tax returns.
- Review compliance workpapers and provide actionable recommendations on tax strategies.
- Assist with tax audits and manage documentation for various tax filings.
- Develop and implement efficient tax policies while fostering relationships across departments.
What You’ll Bring:
- 4-5 years of experience in multi-state corporate income tax.
- CPA certification and a bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- Proficiency in tax software and advanced Excel skills.
