Position Summary: We are seeking experienced Industrial Hygienists for mid and senior level positions to join our dynamic team on a challenging project in the environmental and nuclear safety sector. These positions are located at a major construction site and require a 4x10 schedule, Monday through Thursday, from 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Successful candidates must be flexible with the ability to work night shifts from 5:30 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. and weekends as necessary.

Responsibilities:
- Uphold a culture of safety and quality, ensuring compliance with both internal standards and external regulations.
- Provide technical support to ensure health and safety regulations are met across office and field operations.
- Evaluate the compliance of equipment and work processes, recommending improvements to minimize health risks.
- Develop and manage industrial hygiene programs, processes, and training.
- Conduct risk assessments, monitor environments, and analyze data to maintain safe working conditions.
- Lead and train teams in effective safety practices and emergency responses.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Occupational Safety, Health, Industrial Hygiene, or related fields.
- 9+ years' experience (mid-level) or 13+ years' experience (senior-level) in industrial settings such as nuclear, construction, or chemical processing. Extensive experience in lieu of a degree is considered.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check.
- Department of Energy badge access and ABIH Certification (CIH) required.
- Legal right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
