Job Title: Director of Finance, Operations
Location: Tampa, FL (4 days in office, 1 day remote w/ travel to various clinics mostly in FL and a few other states)
Compensation: $150-180K plus bonus
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Director of Operations Finance for one our healthcare clients in Tampa. This pivotal role involves analyzing the financial performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) of our clinical operations while providing support for ad hoc mergers and acquisitions (M&A) analysis. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the healthcare industry and demonstrate a proven track record in building new operating frameworks and financial models to enhance operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial performance and KPIs of clinical operations to drive insights and inform decision-making.
- Develop and maintain robust financial models that support operational performance and strategic initiatives.
- Conduct ad hoc M&A analysis to evaluate potential opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish and refine financial frameworks and operating models.
- Provide leadership and guidance in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Present financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and best practices within the healthcare sector.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in finance, with a focus on healthcare or multi-site operations.
- Proven experience in building financial models and operating frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in a leadership role, driving financial performance and operational excellence.
- Familiarity with M&A processes and financial due diligence in the healthcare context is a plus.
