Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with the daily management and interactions with transportation carriers, 3PL warehouses, Customer Service team, and other internal & external groups in order to safely transport products to our patients.
• Work with external freight forwarders, transportation carriers, Finance teams, and our freight audit & payment partner to maintain the weekly freight payment process
• Ensure that freight dollars are matched to the proper General Ledger accounts while working on methods to reduce the complexity of our GL coding logic
• Perform routine analysis to improve supply chain operations
• Provide support and data to improve visibility in Global Logistics dashboards, metrics, and communication tools that support our global Business Units, Regional teams, warehouses, and Manufacturing facilities
• Other incidental duties assigned by Leadership

• High level of experience with MS Excel; working knowledge of MS PowerPoint and MS Word is required. MS Access, QlikView, and EDI system integration experience/knowledge is preferred
Education and Experience:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred
• 2-4 years of Supply Chain &/or Financial experience required and/or work experience in the medical device industry or a similarly regulated industry is also preferred
