Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements from stakeholders
- Analyze and document business processes
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Design and propose solutions using Salesforce
- Collaborate with developers and project managers
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend solutions
- Develop business cases and ROI analyses
- Test and validate solutions
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Ensure data quality and integrity
Skills and Qualifications:
- Salesforce certifications (Admin, Developer, Consultant)
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce implementation or analysis
- Strong understanding of Salesforce products and services
- Business analysis skills (requirements gathering, process mapping)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
Tools and Technologies:
- Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud)
- Salesforce analytics tools (Reports, Dashboards, Einstein)
- Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
