About the Role:
Job Title: Senior CRM Developer
We are looking for technical experts with strong Banking/Mortgage domain experience & who can build and manage development teams. Should have solid design and architecture skills, should be able to work with the team to build the right architectures, manage customer conversations, discussions about project status, drive the team to achieve goals and deliverables .
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and modify software systems and custom components using modern development stack
- Analyze systems flow, data usage and work processes; and investigate problem areas
- Integrate existing software into new or modified systems
- Develop and execute test procedures for software components
- Analyze user requirements to deliver software component with best practices
Minimum Qualifications:
- Expertise in .Net/.Net Core, C#
- Expertise in REST-style/Graph QL microservices, event-driven design patterns
- Expertise in Dynamics 365 CRM Solution Design and development with a focus on Sales Services.
- Understanding in relational or NoSQL database technologies such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB
- Understanding of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment and DevOps principles
- Understanding of any cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, GCP
- Understanding of Azure service bus, Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS like messaging services
- Good to have experience in creating Plugins, Workflows and Custom Actions.
- Good to have experience in customizations and integrations within the rest of MS Ecosystem
- Good to have experience in large-scale enterprise applications and design patterns
- Work in an environment with a heavy emphasis on continuous integration and deployment strategies
- Ensure the highest quality software is developed, delivered, and maintained.
Desired Qualifications:
· Banking/ Mortgage Industry is highly preferred
Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $120,0000- $150,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is eligible for commissions in accordance with the terms of the Company’s plan. Commissions for this position are estimated to be based on individual performance. Additionally, this role is also eligible for bonus based on achievement of mutually agreed KRAs.
