About the Role
We are excited to add a dynamic and dedicated recruiting leader to our team. As Lead Recruiter, you will drive AlloHire’s full-cycle recruiting process using modern outbound recruitment strategies to identify and engage top talent, providing an exceptional candidate experience. You will lead client relationships and build long-term partnerships, bringing a consultative approach to Employer Value Proposition (EVP), Ideal Candidate Profile (ICP), interview process, and sourcing strategy. You will keep a pulse on the industry, track emerging trends, and make regular recommendations for how to improve our recruitment strategies. You will work alongside our Founder, Hudson Brock, and the rest of the leadership team to drive our business forward. This is a hybrid position that includes regular in-office days designed to enhance team camaraderie and community involvement.
Responsibilities
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, hireEZ, Indeed, Slack, Recruiterflow, Job Boards, Networking Events, Referrals, etc.) to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Candidate Qualification: Conduct thorough candidate assessments, interviews, and evaluations to ensure alignment on character, culture, and chemistry.
- Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, preferences, and expectations. Provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Talent Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future client needs.
- Employer Branding: Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance AlloHire's employer brand by posting and engaging in content.
- Adherence to Timelines: Meet and exceed recruitment timelines and goals, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process.
- Documentation: Keep detailed and accurate records of candidate interactions, interviews, and status updates in our applicant tracking system.
- Reporting and Feedback: Track placements and recruitment metrics, provide regular reports on recruitment activities and offer constructive feedback on processes and client interactions to continuously improve recruitment strategies and client satisfaction.
- Organizational Strategy: Participate in strategic meetings (e.g. L10 Weekly Leadership Meetings) to identify, discuss, and solve issues together.
- Champion Chattanooga: Cheer for our city and serve our local community.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a professional recruiter for permanent positions
- 1+ years of experience working at a third-party recruitment firm
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, etc.), and candidate evaluation methods.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently to manage multiple tasks and meet critical deadlines.
- Technologically proficient in applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and modern software (i.e. Recruiterflow, iCIMS, LinkedIn, GSuite, Slack, ChatGPT).
- High degree of flexibility, organizational skills, and task prioritization.
- Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, submitting, interview coordination, offer presentation, and negotiation.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience working at a boutique recruiting agency
- Experience recruiting for various specialized skills (i.e. technical, financial, operational, etc.) and levels of seniority (i.e. young professional, manager, executive, etc.).
- Experience with or exposure to the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS)
