DESCRIPTION: I am looking for Primary Care physicians to provide coverage at a Wyoming clinic. O utpatient clinic for company employees and their families. The patient population is 2 and up and patient volume is 2-3 patients/hour, focusing heavily on patient education and wellness. Will consider Internal Medicine doctors if experienced/comfortable w/age 2+. Credentialing is FAST, 1-2 weeks. If you can help, please call.
Locations and Open Dates, Prefer 1 physician if possible to cover both sites as they are approx 45 miles apart:
Lansing, MI:
Dates: ASAP-12/19 Mon & Tues each week 8a-5p shift times
Corunna, MI:
Dates: ASAP-12/14 Wed & Thurs each week 8a-5p shift times
REQUIREMENTS:
- MI License w/Dispensing Registration for each location
- DEA required
- BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Peds
- 3 years experience
- Will need to be able to see all ages including newborns
