About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated AI Engineer to join our AI team, driving innovation in AI-accelerated chip design. In this role, you will focus on developing and
implementing advanced AI solutions, including graph neural networks, reinforcement learning, generative AI, large language models, and agent-based systems, to
optimize and automate semiconductor design workflows. Your work will play a key role in enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and automation of ASIC and VLSI chip
design processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Develop and apply AI models, including graph neural networks, reinforcement learning algorithms, generative AI, large language models (LLMs), and agent based
systems, to enhance chip design automation.
Research and propose innovative solutions for AI-driven chip design, utilizing techniques in supervised and unsupervised learning, and reinforcement learning.
Collaborate with VLSI, circuits, and architecture teams to implement AI-driven design automation tools that integrate advanced AI methodologies.
Work closely with external researchers and internal teams to foster collaboration and cross-disciplinary innovation in AI-driven semiconductor design.
What We Need to See:
Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field, with a strong background in AI and machine learning.
Solid experience in AI techniques, such as graph neural networks, reinforcement learning, generative AI, large language models, and agent-based systems,
with applications in semiconductor or chip design preferred.
Proficiency in Python, C, and C++ programming languages, with experience using machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams.

Annual Salary Range for this role: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 + stock options, dependent on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
