Job Overview:
We're looking for a People Operations Generalist to join our dynamic HR team on a temporary basis. In this role, you'll focus on building efficient onboarding processes, supporting employee relations, and managing various HR projects. Ideal candidates are proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Experience with any ATS system is a plus, and familiarity with Asana is helpful but not required.
Team Size: 11 HR professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Administration: Manage employee relations, training, recognition, compensation, benefits, recruitment, and more.
- Policy Guidance: Handle employment-related inquiries and offer policy guidance to employees and management.
- Training & Compliance: Track, document, and support mandatory training, education, and certification requirements.
- Process Improvement: Collaborate with the People Operations Manager to enhance HR processes.
- Reporting & Metrics: Support metrics, reporting, and HRIS management.
- Compliance: Stay current with employment laws and HR best practices to ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications:
- Required: High School Diploma or GED, plus 3+ years in HR
- Preferred: Bachelor's degree in HR with 5+ years of experience; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP certifications
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and quick adaptability to new HRIS systems
