How you will make an impact: As a Solutions Consultant, you will be instrumental in helping prospective customers evaluate the capabilities of Xledger’s finance solution. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will actively define customer business requirements and demonstrate how our solution can transform their operations and enhance team productivity. Leveraging your expertise in finance and technology, you will provide innovative solutions that automate financial processes, deliver clear insights through accurate data, and scale with the growth of ambitious enterprises.

Key objectives:
1. Build and enhance relationships with prospects by understanding their unique requirements and offering tailored, compelling solutions that align with their needs and ambitions.
2. Maintain a deep understanding of accounting and finance best practices, industry trends, competitive solutions, and Xledger’s competitive advantages.
3. Partner with sales team to increase new customer acquisition.
Responsibilities:
· Clearly articulate and demonstrate the benefits and value of Xledger’s finance solution to C-level and key role prospects engaged in sales opportunities.
· Obtain and maintain a deep and thorough understanding of all functionality and capabilities within Xledger.
· Conduct workshops focusing on educating Xledger’s value and benefits internally and externally, including prospects and partners.
· Proactively collaborate with marketing, sales, consulting, support, and product teams to increase Xledger’s market competitiveness and differentiation.
· Develop and build technically competent demos and presentations for prospects evaluating Xledger by harnessing the product’s highly configurable functionality.
· Work with sales to create content for prospect education and RFPs.
· Have a varied and central role gaining insights into many different industries, companies, and business processes.
· Travel as needed to maximize positive sales outcomes.
· Other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications for success:
· 3-5 years of experience in an enterprise, cloud accounting software sales environment.
· Successful sales support experience including B2B, SaaS, finance, and/or accounting.
· Exceptional phone, virtual meeting, and in-person etiquette.
· Professional image and demeanor; high level of interpersonal confidence and competence required.
· Excellent collaborator and communicator, facilitating teamwork across organizational boundaries.
· Excellent problem resolution skills; analyzes issues and problems systematically, gathering broad and balanced input, drawing sound conclusions and translating conclusions into actionable recommendations.
· Established track record of meeting sales targets and achieving value propositions set for customers.
· Crisp written communication and fluency of expression, focusing on the technical win of a sale.
· Strong computer skills and passion for technology.
· Can identify with the core values: Win-Win, Passion, Do Good and Amaze.
· Minimum BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Business Analytics or related field.
· System analysis background highly preferred
