Title: Sr Technical Systems Analyst
Location: 100% Remote (PST Shift)
Duration: 12 months
Summary of Experience:
- Strong technical systems analyst - not looking for a BSA, engineer or product owner.
- Will manage and troubleshoot operations data and work with API's and ensure data accuracy within JIRA applications.
- Will interpret contracts, create acceptance criteria, validate developer work, and conduct positive/negative testing
- Strong understanding of integrations, event stream and event contracts.
- Enjoy digging into complex problems with a lot of ambiguity.
- Curious and collaborative, able to partner with product team and developers.
- Strong attention to detail in technical documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to validate functionality delivered by developers.
- Familiarity with APIs, experience with master data management.
- User Acceptance Criteria.
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to utilize ad hoc query tools (i.e. TOAD, SQL Plus) to troubleshoot system issues
- Experience with system integrations and understanding of real time APIs and Event Hubs required
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria/ test cases to validate API accuracy
- Understanding of JSON and XML required
- Strong ability to dig through data and databases required
- Experience with agile methodology and JIRA for issue tracking and work intake required, ownership of product/backlog management a plus
