Copywriter (Communications Coordinator)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging content for internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and executive updates.
- Manage and update content for employee communication programs.
- Assist with the operational aspects of communication initiatives, including maintaining editorial calendars and document routing.
- Collaborate with the communications team to craft internal and external messaging.
- Edit and refine communications to ensure clarity and adherence to style guidelines.
- Coordinate the distribution of materials and manage content for our intranet.
- Help organize employee events and town hall meetings.
- Utilize digital tools to measure the effectiveness of communication efforts.
- Create reports and presentations to showcase communication outcomes.
- Offer ideas to enhance existing communication strategies.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a copywriter
- Experience with corporate communications, public relations, or journalism with strong writing and storytelling skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
