The Dealer Onboarding Specialist Position
Car Capital is currently searching for an Onboarding Specialist to be responsible for onboarding new dealers/partners. This role includes implementing process improvements, project management, and documentation flow. This is a fast-paced, detail-oriented role that is relationship oriented.
Dealer Onboarding Specialist Responsibilities
Oversees receipt, storage and proper internal distribution of prospect dealer applications and related documentation in a very fast paced environment.
Manages prospect dealer inquires and allocates to internal to the Regional Sales Managers.
Drives efficiencies with Regional Sales Managers and Sales Directors to ensure prospects are moving through the Vetting and Onboarding process to meet or exceed industry standards timelines.
Actively reduces prospect dealer’s milestone duration timelines throughout the vetting and onboarding process; continually improving cycle times.
Identify key metrics and enhancements: provide weekly reporting of Vetting and Onboarding pipeline to executive leadership.
Manages and tracks all incoming and outgoing legal correspondence regarding compliance, contracts, and amendments.
Collaborates with dealers/regional sales managers to ensure successful post-onboarding launch and training.
Pinpoints areas for process improvement and executes change management initiatives in order to meet SLA’s/timeliness per the company needs.
Minimum Requirements
Previous Auto Dealer Onboarding experience preferred-Must reside in the Dallas-Fort Worth, TX area
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent transferrable work experience
Excellent Communication, organization, and time management skills are a necessity
Preferred Qualifications
Strong communication skills and ability to create relationships internally and with outside partners; effectively influences required behavior
Proven record of good judgment and analytical skills, with attention to detail and consistency in deliverables
Ability to drive strategic initiatives with focus on multiple aspects of the process concurrently, and work with little direct supervision
Thrive under pressure while managing, organizing, and prioritizing multiple deliverables
Proficient in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
Team player with highest degree of integrity always
IT experience a plus
