A leading Civil/Multi-Disciplinary firm is looking for an experienced Transportation Engineer to drive DOT projects in the tri-state region! A clear path towards Leadership is available!
Responsibilities:
- Lead roadway design teams
- Oversee DOT project development
- Perform quality control reviews
- Manage multiple concurrent projects
- Mentor junior engineers
- Provide technical expertise
Requirements:
- 7+ years of roadway design experience
- PE license (TN, VA, or able to obtain via reciprocity)
- Civil Engineering degree
- Bentley OpenRoads Designer proficiency (preferred)
- Strong communication skills
