WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Provide counsel to clients (typically, management) on a wide range of labor & employmentrelated
issues, including those involving discrimination claims, wage and hour law, employment
contracts, workplace policies, class action litigation and regulatory compliance
• Conduct legal research, draft documentation and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—
attorneys, paralegals and support staff—to develop innovative and effective legal solutions
• Represent clients in administrative proceedings, negotiations, mediations and arbitrations
• Stay up to date with labor & employment laws and regulations and proactively advise clients on
compliance matters
REQUIREMENTS
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from a top accredited law school
• Admission to the California State Bar or eligibility for reciprocity
• 3 to 5 years of experience handling wage and hour, discrimination
and class action cases, among other labor & employment matters
