We are seeking a talented and creative Content Coordinator to join our dynamic investment product solutions team. This role is pivotal in transforming complex economic and investment materials into engaging content for a broader audience.
Job Summary: The Content Coordinator will be responsible for reviewing and refining content prepared by the investment team, ensuring it is accessible and appealing to a wide range of readers. This role requires a moderate understanding of global economic and investment products, including mutual funds, alternatives, fixed income instruments, stocks, ETFs, and REITs. The ideal candidate will be a skilled writer, highly organized, and proficient in both English and Portuguese.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Review and Editing: Review and edit content prepared by the investment team to ensure clarity, accuracy, and engagement.
- Content Development: Suggest topics for general articles that align with current market trends and client interests.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate deadlines and manage the workflow to ensure timely delivery of content produced by the team.
- Content Organization: Organize and structure content to enhance readability and coherence.
- Formatting and Design: Format content and propose visual elements that align with the bank’s branding and style guidelines.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the investment team to understand complex financial concepts and translate them into accessible language.
- Tool Proficiency: Utilize PowerPoint and Excel (including macros) to create and manage content.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, editing, or a related role within the financial industry.
- Skills:
- Moderate understanding of global economic and investment products.
- Excellent writing and editing skills in both English and Portuguese.
- Creative mindset with the ability to make complex information engaging.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (macros/functions).
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Ability to multi-task, self-motivated.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a financial institution or investment firm.
- Familiarity with visual design tools and techniques.
