Job Description:
- Responsible for leading end-to-end data migration process – getting data from the source systems into Novartis staging, mapping the data, migrating to Client target systems based on dispositions, etc.
- Responsible for coordinating/owning data migration projects across multiple deals simultaneously
- Support BR business line functions and guide/hand hold them during data mapping activities
- Own/author validation report summarizing the health of the migration (Note – He/she will not be doing technical migration per se since Client has dedicated teams (system/application-specific for e.g., SharePoint migration, P-line migration, Rhonda migration, etc.)
- Work closely with data owners and support UAT efforts to test migration
- Work closely with Client technical data migration teams
