We are committed to connecting individuals with the mental health support they need, and we are seeking a highly qualified Marketing Project Manager to help drive our initiatives forward.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Project Manager will coordinate and execute a diverse range of marketing projects, contributing to our family of brands and supporting the development of new initiatives aligned with company goals. Reporting to the Director of Brand Strategy, the ideal candidate will be an organized multitasker with experience in various marketing functions, including communications, design, advertising, branding, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing the company’s brand strategy.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing projects, ensuring alignment with immediate and long-term business goals.
- Conduct market research, including trends, patient behavior, competitor analysis, and consumer trends; prepare reports summarizing findings.
- Prepare marketing activity reports and metrics to evaluate program success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute strategies across channels such as social media, email marketing, and traditional advertising (billboards, bus ads, etc.).
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to the sales team and provide guidance for promotion and usage.
- Plan and coordinate meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by managing requirements, schedules, and contact lists.
- Maintain an inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all content is current and accurate, and assist in creating new materials as needed.
- Identify and recommend new sources of prospective customer data to enhance lead generation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree. Preferred if in a Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or similar role.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet tight deadlines, and pay attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with traditional and digital marketing strategies, including content, social media marketing and email.
- Familiarity with marketing metrics and reporting.
- A proactive mindset, eager to explore new marketing channels and opportunities.
