Workforce Sales and Solutions Manager

Serve as a Sales Manager and Team Leader for ITCO's Workforce Solutions Team. You will be responsible for securing high-value deals through value based, tailored solutions/proposals that deliver greater efficiency to our Customers Worldwide!
The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication and team spirit. You must be tech-savvy at a staffing level and have the ability to understand Customer challenges and deliver common sense, value based solutions that deliver winning results!
Responsibilities
- This leadership role in Sales Management, supporting a seasoned Account Management Team
- Daily team guidance (Business development campaigns, meetings, requirement support and strategy)
- Manage proposals writing, RFP responses, and pitch development for both new prospects and existing clients.
- Create, sustain and drive a sales strategy and creative value based solutions that address our Clients unique business challenges.
- Ability to work remote and for clients across the U.S.
- Work closely with talent acquisition to create business development strategies.
- Meet or exceed deadlines for all business development initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including delivery teams and sales teams.
- Creating efficiencies by improving existing processes and workflows for sales teams.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5-7 years of business development experience in the enterprise staffing space.
- 3-5 years experience as an Account Sales Manager.
- A stable work history demonstrating reliability and commitment.
- Strong writing and communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to analyze data and leverage CRM, experience management, and new technologies.
- Ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
