HG USA is hiring a Scheduling Manager in the Clarksville, TN area to contribute to a project in the advanced manufacturing/mission-critical sector. This role offers high-level support to the PMO Director and is integral in managing financial reporting processes and programs. Additionally, it involves overseeing project control metrics for both past and active projects, along with leading the development of project management plans to ensure success. What You’ll Do
- Establish and manage Project Baseline Program (Level 4) using Primavera 6 or MS Project, aligning with Client's Equipment fit-out and operation program for effective scheduling management.
- Manage Baseline Program, conducting updates and progress analysis (Baseline Schedule vs. Actual Performed Schedule for each activity).
- Prepare Critical Path Analysis, optimize the schedule, and recommend workarounds to meet Client objectives.
- Establish program management activities procedure and deliverables aligned with project strategy.
- Coordinate with PMC Technical Team, Cost Manager, Project Coordinator, Supervision Consultant, Contractors, and the Client.
- Alert stakeholders on progress vs. plan deviations, providing alternatives for mitigation.
- Direct periodic reports, collating work trades on progress vs. Baseline Program and Project Master Schedule.
- Coordinate with the General Contractor to monitor and report timely schedules, analyzing project baseline vs. actual performance and identifying risk factors or variances impacting other activities.
- Integrate and review progress dashboards and reports from the Supervision Team and Contractor, preparing Monthly Progress & Schedule Report.
- Maintain procurement schedules for Consultants and Contractors, reviewing inputs for accuracy.
- Ability to be on-site, full-time at project campus in Clarksville, TN.
Education
What you’ll bring:
- BS/BA degree from an accredited college/university in related field highly preferred.
- Equivalent combination of experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Experience
- Minimum 10 years relevant experience, including 5 years as a project/program scheduler
- Demonstrated proficiency and experience in quarterly and yearly financial reports, audit preparation, and team management.
- Previous industry experience with creating, updating, and reviewing cost and resource loaded schedules.
- Prior cost and schedule experience in Auto Industry Assembly Plants, Advanced Manufacturing or Mission Critical faculties is preferred.
- Battery Construction Project experience preferred.
Skills
- Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Advanced proficiency in Primavera 6 scheduling software required.
- Experience as a construction scheduler / project controls manager preferred.
- Power BI and Pivot Tables experience preferred.
- Strong communicator both written and oral.
- Bilingual English-Korean technical speaking capability preferred.
