We seek an Administrative Assistant to support our growing tax preparation company. You will also provide administrative support to our research team by scanning documents, entering data on spreadsheets, and various other administrative tasks.

- Facilitate the flow of information between management and staff
- Must have experience in a tax or accounting office
- Manage internal and external communication
- Provide administrative support to our office staff
- Assist in the final preparation of tax documents
- Colating and mailing confidential tax returns

- Strong interpersonal skills to communication skills to interact with customers, management, and staff
- Must have experience in a tax preparation or accounting office
- Knowledge of office management, company office procedures, and company policies
- Very strong organization skills, time management skills and problem solving skills
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of applications—Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Strong multitasking ability to efficiently manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
