Project Manager - Cerner/Oracle Health
Client: Lifebridge Health in Maryland
2 year contract staring at 6months and extending from there
Start Date: 01/02 (or sooner)
Remote, 40 hrs/week (Must work EST Hours)
Interview process: one on one with the CMIO and then one on one with director of clinical informatics and also other pm they are reporting to
Then one hour split panel so probably 3 rounds
Our client is looking for a project manager, specializing in the Cerner/Oracle EHR & Informatics space, to oversee, support, and execute on their 2-year EHR "Usability" or Enhancement project. They will be primarily focused on informatics interventions within the "Training/Education" & "Documentation Improvement" pillars of the project.
Required Qualifications:
-Project Management experience (specifically with Cerner/Oracle EHR & Informatics initiatives in ambulatory & acute settings)
-Cerner/Oracle Health EHR experience
-Clinical Informatics experience (Physician & Nursing)
-Functional understanding of technical aspects & requirements of the Cerner/Oracle EHR system
-Experience establishing EHR workflows
-Experience developing & disseminating best practices for EHR end users
-Change Management experience
-Experience communicating with clinical, IT, & operational executive stakeholders
-Data Analysis experience
-Experience coordinating, tracking, & maintaining project/outcome measurements
-Smartsheet experience
Preferred Qualifications:
-Lean 6-Sigma
-Clinical background
-Cerner/Oracle Health development & build experience
