Role: GenAI Business Solutions Architect - AI/ML
Location: Must be able to commute into the New York office 2 days a week
Salary: Base $170-180k + Stock Options
Working for one of the most exciting and fast growing Visual GenAI companies you will be responsible for consulting with customers on GenAI/AI/ML solutions.
- This role will be working as a business focused Solution Architect - helping to create solutions with customers and drive the adoption of the visual GenAI platform. This role is NOT a technical/engineering position.
- You will help clients to understand the products/solutions and ensure that they understand the value that the technology can bring to their business
- You will provide guidance to customers on GenAI concepts and articulate how the solutions can generate revenue for customers & improve efficiency within their teams
- You will act as the bridge between the AI platform and customer requirements and needs
- Guide customers to identify and define business use cases for the visual GenAI platform
- Provide high level technical guidance and support and work with customers to design and architect new AI solutions
- Be the trusted advisor and provide up to date industry trends and best practices to customers
- Build long term customer relationships
- Work with the sales team to help design and deliver solutions, POC's and proposals
- Contribute to product development by providing customer feedback
Experience needed:
- 8+ years experience working in Product Management, Solutions Architecture or Digital Transformation Consulting
- You MUST have strong experience working with GenAI/AI or ML software - please do not apply if you do not have this
- You MUST have very strong customer facing experience - this role is not super technical so you do not need to have a background in development/engineering
- Strong track record creating solutions for customers
- Worked for complex product companies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills and can translate complex technical concepts to business led decision makers
