Position Title: Sr. Business Analyst, Global Pricing - Inventory
Duration: 12 months
Location: Dallas, TX 75001 (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $32.18/hr.
Job Summary:
- The company’s commercial Services organization is comprised of over 4,000 team members driving our sales, revenue management, call center, and analytics functions.
- As Senior Analyst, you will support these areas which are at the core of company’s "commercial engine" and are important to company's ability to achieve profitable growth.
What will I be doing?
- On the Global Pricing team reporting to Senior Manager of Global Pricing you will work on projects including business development, testing and implementation of new inventory capabilities.
More specifically, you will:
- Support business functional lead in partnering with technology and customer experience teams to plan and achieve the expected outcomes of the aligned project roadmap.
- Assist activation and support teams with implementation of new inventory capabilities to ensure a smooth transition to production.
- Perform ADHOC analysis and prepare updates as needed based on aligned project deliverables.
- Provide documentation, analytic and communication support for business strategy and change management activities to ensure seamless execution and adoption of new capabilities and offer constructs on property.
- Maintain up to date business requirement documents for inventory products.
- Assist project team with effectively scaling new capabilities by maintaining an accurate repository of activation waves.

You have these minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of professional work experience in a hotel, loyalty, customer service or Technology related field
- Three (3) years of cross-functional work experience in Revenue Management, Project Management, Change Management Commercial Services, or other related experience
- Travel up to 25%
- Work a hybrid office schedule based out of Dallas, TX
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
It would be helpful in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
- Experience working with agile methodology and tools such as Jira, Confluence and MicroStrategy.
- Two (2) years of experience of product or strategic initiative implementation.
- Understanding of Agile Product Management processes
- Two (2) years of Hotel Revenue Management experience
