We are currently seeking a dynamic, motivated, and experienced Commercial Lines Training and Support Lead for a remote position. This role is a unique opportunity for a seasoned professional to leverage their expertise in commercial lines and Vertafore's suite of products - AMS360, InsurLink, BenefitPoint, and WorkSmart. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the training and onboarding processes for our commercial lines team, ensuring that all staff are well-equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their roles effectively. This is a full-time, permanent position and requires the candidate to be located in the PT or MT time zone.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for commercial lines staff on AMS360, InsurLink, BenefitPoint, and WorkSmart.
- Provide ongoing support to team members, addressing any software-related queries or issues promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with management to identify areas of improvement in operational processes and implement necessary changes.
- Regularly evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make adjustments as necessary.
- Stay updated on the latest features and updates of Vertafore's suite of products and ensure this knowledge is effectively transferred to the team.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they are well-versed in our operational processes and software systems.
- Foster a positive learning environment that encourages continuous growth and development.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial lines operations.
- Proficiency in Vertafore's suite of products including AMS360, InsurLink, BenefitPoint, and WorkSmart.
- Proven experience in a training or support lead role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively deliver complex information to a diverse audience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot software-related issues.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities concurrently.
- A commitment to continuous learning and development, with the ability to stay updated on the latest industry trends and software updates.
- A positive and motivational approach to training, with the ability to foster a productive learning environment.
