Role Description:
As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and driving the growth of our client base. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, results-driven environment and is passionate about helping businesses grow through tailored staffing solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospect Development & Management: Build and manage your own prospect list, identifying potential clients and opportunities for growth.
- Cold Calling: Engage in cold calling through in-person visits, phone outreach, and email communication to secure new business.
- Networking & Community Engagement: Participate in networking events and community activities to expand brand awareness and foster new business relationships.
- Relationship Building: Develop authentic rapport with both new and existing clients, providing them with a consultative approach to meet their staffing needs.
- Technology & CRM Usage: Utilize social media, technology platforms, and CRM software to manage client interactions, track leads, and optimize sales processes.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our recruiting team to ensure client needs are met and candidates are successfully placed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales, with a preference for experience in staffing or recruitment.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build relationships and trust with clients.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed.
- Proficiency in social media, CRM software, and other sales-related technologies.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment while being a self-starter.
