Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to attorneys specializing in commercial litigation
- Manage and organize case files
- Draft and proofread legal documents
- Handle electronic filing in state and federal courts
- Schedule and coordinate meetings
Qualifications
- Five years of administrative experience with a commercial litigation team
- Knowledge of legal procedures
- Electronic filing experience
