JOB BRIEF: This senior management position – a direct report to the company’s owners -- is responsible for managing multiple construction projects in the $50,000 to $3 million range. The clear and simple goal is to achieve client happiness through quality work that is on budget and on time. This position oversees and manages all aspects of the construction process from foundation to finish. You must be fluent in the language of construction and able to translate timelines, budgets and processes for clients and other stakeholders with confidence and ease. A successful candidate needs to be an ambassador for our brand. He or she will have a solid track record using multiple technology platforms to manage and record project progress.

QUALIFICATIONS: Qualifications will include, but are not limited to the following:
· Ability to pass employment eligibility verification, background check and physical evaluation.
· Reliable transportation; Truck preferred.
· A high school diploma and some sort of higher level education.
· 5+ years of proven construction project management experience.
· Capacity to manage multiple jobs and Construction Managers.
· Advanced knowledge of construction codes and processes.
· Solid knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
· Strong carpentry skills.
· Working knowledge of mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical).
· Comprehensive planning skills and ability to see the big picture.
· Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
· Proficient with computers and project management software (Buildertrend experience a plus).
· Experienced at compiling and following project timelines and budgets and forecasting.
· Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
· Strategic goal-oriented thinking that can adapt to and solve problems.
TIME COMMITMENT: This position requires a minimum of 40 hours per week. From time-to-time weekend or evening work may be required – typically reserved for emergencies or project required deadlines.
