Job Description:
The Program Manager will be a member of the Pack Development team focused on developing next generation battery pack and module solutions that will connect 24M’s revolutionary products to the high growth energy storage market. The team member will be instrumental in energy storage systems development ensuring that the products of responsibility are achieving the key milestones in their respective project plans.
Responsibilities:
- Product work plan development for battery energy storage systems (ESS).
- Project schedule ownership and budget justification from concept design to validation and deployment: identify, closely track, and expeditiously work within the team and cross- functionally within the organization to resolve issues.
- Progress reporting including development and publication of audience-appropriate presentation material.
- Participation in formal and informal technical meetings including publication of minutes and action item tracking to closure.
- Participation in business development meetings where familiarization with 24M’s technologies, product specifications, and processes is critical to assessing a customer’s requirements.
- Domestic and International travel up to 20%.
Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years in a complex product design and development work environment.
- 3+ years of project/program/product management.
- Solid grounding in project management fundamentals and methods.
- Strong understanding of typical business and product development processes.
- Outstanding business acumen.

Education:
- Salient engineering/technical degree
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
