We are seeking a high-energy, hunter mentality to join our team as a Business Development Manager with experience within the staffing and recruitment industry. The ideal candidate is passionate about building relationships and providing workforce management solutions within the non-clinical healthcare and professional services environment.
Responsibilities:
Build a strong target list with the ability to flip targets into billing accounts
Heavy lead generation and consistent follow up until you get to the sale
Research and development of key account decision makers
Heavy outbound call activity
Ability to set and lead sales appointments
Persuade and influence decision makers and gatekeepers
Create sales strategies and close the sale
Skills:
Relationship-focused is a must - we are not looking for sales people, but rather, relationship builders
2-4 years of experience
Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills
Experience working in the staffing industry, a plus
Ability to self-motivate
Ability to work with a team
Strong planning and problem-solving skills
Excellent driving record
Must take initiative, exhibit strong leadership abilities, proven ability with process improvement, and thrive in a fast-paced high energy work environment
