Our client is seeking an experienced Associate Director of Media Analytics to spearhead their media strategy, manage spend efficiency, and elevate their analytics initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will work across the entire marketing organization, leading the charge in creating, executing, and optimizing media and analytics strategies that span paid advertising, social media, and direct mail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop Media & Analytics Strategy: Design and implement cross-channel media and analytics strategies, aligning with marketing goals and brand standards.
- Campaign Leadership: Drive the planning, execution, and optimization of multichannel campaigns, integrating paid advertising, social media, direct mail, and email.
- Strategic Insights: Identify opportunities to improve campaigns, enhancing effectiveness and maximizing ROI across all channels.
- Performance Monitoring: Track campaign success across channels, offering insights and regular updates to leadership.
- Reporting Framework: Establish robust reporting practices to measure the impact of all marketing initiatives.
- Team Leadership: Manage the paid media team, focusing on hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborative Execution: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely implementation of marketing plans.
- Budget Optimization: Manage the media and analytics budget, optimizing spend efficiency across channels.
- New Media Opportunities: Assess media options, negotiate proposals, and present strategies to senior leadership.
- Data Integration & Compliance: Drive data utilization across channels while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
Required Experience:
- 6+ years in senior-level analytics roles with progressive responsibility, including team leadership.
- 5+ years in paid performance digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful, integrated campaign execution.
- Expertise in digital media strategy, omnichannel marketing, social media, email marketing, and marketing automation.
- Strong vision and ability to create roadmaps and recommendations based on data insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a passion for performance marketing and data-driven results.
