The Rush Enterprises team is looking for a Recruiter to join our team! We seek a highly engaged, company and candidate champion that is ready to be actively marketing, interviewing, and managing a strong pipeline of candidates for multiple regional markets and states.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions.
- Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume review.
- Conduct interviews via phone, video calling, or in-person.
- Assist with the interview process by facilitating in-person/panel interviews.
- Serve as contact person for questions from internal and external candidates.
- Provide compelling information to candidates, ultimately attracting them to Rush Enterprises.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to learn location/department unique needs. Present qualified candidates that align with location/department goals.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and other Human Resource staff during the offer process.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
- Meet recruiting metrics as defined by the Talent Acquisition Manager.
- Ability to travel 15% to tech schools, colleges, & community events.

Basic Qualifications and Attributes:
- Bachelor's degree in business, and/or human resources preferred.
- Five years' experience in recruiting.
- Five years' experience with an ATS. iCIMS experience is a huge plus.
- Must possess a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets the insurability guidelines set forth by the company's insurance carrier.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics.
- Independent with the ability to take initiative.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to recruiting.
Intended compensation range for this role is $65,000 - $95,000 depending on location and experience.
