We are hiring three contract Change Impact Analysts for a three-month engagement, with potential for extension, to support an ERP transition from a legacy system to SAP S/4HANA. This transformative project will impact over 100 business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and data governance.
As Change Impact Analysts, you will conduct in-depth change impact analysis under the guidance of OCM leadership. This role requires a sharp analytical focus on business processes and the ability to translate complex changes to job-specific impacts, supporting the transition of employees across several business functions.
Each analyst will specialize in one of the following areas:
- Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management: On-site up to 3 days/week in Waukegan or Mundelein.
- Finance (Product Costing, Accounting, A/P, and select revenue processes)
- Data Governance
Responsibilities:
- Assess subprocess-level changes, understand impacts on specific roles, and produce detailed documentation.
- Apply scoring methods to assess change risks and composite impact scores.
- Suggest tailored change tactics, such as communications and training, to support smooth transitions.
- Monitor and assign readiness scores by job role/subprocess using the Prosci ADKAR® model.
- Facilitate information sharing with training developers to streamline SME engagement.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in OCM, CI, Process Engineering, Business Analysis, or Instructional Design.
- Proven experience with process-level change impact analysis in large-scale ERP projects.
- Sector expertise in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, or Data Governance.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Preferred:
- Prosci® or similar OCM certification.
- Willingness to work hybrid/on-site as needed in northern Chicago suburbs.
