About The Role
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with expertise in Salesforce and a passion for Pre-Sales activities to join our team in the Raleigh-Durham area. As a Business Analyst at GridMate, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful implementation of Salesforce projects that drive business growth.
Responsibilities
- Requirement Gathering: Lead the business analysis efforts for Salesforce/GridMate related implementations, collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, document detailed business and technical requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Stakeholder Management: Lead workshops and discussions with cross-functional teams and act as the liaison between business users and the technical team to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet user expectations.
- Process Improvement: Analyze current business processes, workflows, and systems to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement, recommending innovative solutions that align with company objectives.
- Pre-sales Activities: Build POCs for our clients/prospects and run pre-sales activities (Demos, Calls).
- Training & Support: Provide training and support to end users, ensuring effective adoption of Salesforce and GridMate.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, workflows, and project milestones to ensure transparency and continuity.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology or an advanced certification in business analysis is a must.
- 3+ Years of experience as a Business Analyst with a strong focus on Salesforce implementations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in pre-Sales, including gathering requirements, developing PoCs, and running demos.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues.
- Willingness to Travel to meet customers.
