Regional Sales Manager – Roofing

Roles/Responsibilities
- Achieve and surpass annual sales goals for reroofing and service.
- Engage in proactive account development through cold calling, social media, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Identify and network with key decision-makers of regional accounts to secure business opportunities.
- Conduct meetings with stakeholders to discuss and close roofing sales opportunities.
- Manage and expand relationships with existing regional accounts.
- Develop and deliver presentations, manage the sales cycle, and close deals effectively.
- Fulfill territory sales targets and contribute to the company’s objectives.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in facilities or commercial construction.
- Demonstrated ability in relationship building, presenting, problem-solving, prospecting, and closing.
- Competent in managing client expectations and navigating sales processes.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Capable of meeting productivity goals and managing physical demands such as climbing ladders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Clean driving record and willingness to travel within the region, with limited overnight travel.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite and CRM software.
