The Area Agency on Aging & Disabilities of SW WA is part of the national network of Area Agencies on Aging, a public service agency dedicated to helping persons aged 60 and over, adults with disabilities and their families to access needed community services in Clark, Cowlitz, Wahkiakum, Klickitat, and Skamania Counties.

As a registered nurse, you will review, assess and consult regarding clients’ health care status, personal care needs and service plans, identify and coordinate medically related referrals, review the performance of the clients’ care providers, coordinate with medical professionals, and provide information related to the health/medical condition of at risk clients.
Requirements include: Current and unencumbered RN license for Washington State, graduation from an accredited school of nursing, three years experience (including one year of direct patient care in a community setting), and current healthcare provider CPR. Also required is reliable transportation, a current driver’s license and minimum state required vehicle insurance. A criminal background check will be administered.
