Client Service Administrator

Our growing financial services firm, Roland Financial Wealth Management, in Erie, PA is seeking to add a Client Service Representative to our team!
The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has the desire to work in the financial industry long-term and contribute to the growth of our business.
Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to service the existing client base with all service requests, including beneficiary changes/withdrawals, incoming client service calls, database management, and client appointment preparation including updating client account summaries for their review meetings, prepping the Main Advisor for his/her review meetings, and preparing issued accounts for delivery.
In addition, Sales of Medicare, Life Insurance and Annuities will be a required part of this position.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 plus years Insurance/Financial Industry experience highly preferred
- Life & Health Insurance License Required within 6 months of employment
- Experience with Medicare sales and service required
- Experience with MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new software quickly
- CRM / Salesforce experience preferred

Responsibilities/Tasks:
This Client Service Administrator will be expected to have consistent follow-through with all efforts, build relationships with prospects and clients, and help prepare the Advisor for client appointments. Other daily, weekly, and/or monthly tasks may include:
- Receive incoming client service calls in a friendly manner
- Complete each service request and resolve client issues
- Input notes into CRM and keep updated
- Coordinate and follow up on each client transfer
- Review application prior to submission
- Follow application process from start to finish
- Prepare client review summary for upcoming appointments
- Maintain professional communication with clients and staff
- Assist with client update reports and mailings
- Assist in setting client appointments for Advisor and general office duties
Office Duties:
Assisting the Financial Advisor and the branch office to exceed client and regulatory expectations include:
- Function as a phone back-up to other office personnel for phone coverage
- Help to keep database up to date and accurate
Salary:
- $47,000 to $52,000 based on experience

Hours:
- Monday – Friday
