The Position
The Sr. Solutions Engineer (SE) – Proactive Compliance, works closely with the Pre-Sales teams to help drive sales and value to Theta Lake customers. This role is responsible for demonstrating our Proactive Compliance solutions, POC activities, as well as collaborating with Product Management and Engineering teams on various requirements that arise during the sales and customer lifecycle. The SE will also be the technical consultant for the customer and will coordinate the necessary tasks to deliver the Theta Lake Proactive Compliance solution during the sales process and ongoing growth motions.
In this role you will:
- Act as a technical expert in customer presentations
- Determine the technical and design requirements to meet client supervision and surveillance goals
- Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors
- Act as a liaison between the organization’s sales/business development, and product and engineering groups
- Manage customer expectations and lead them to customer satisfaction
- Guide and measure success criteria and outcomes in the POC process
- Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfill customers’ requirements
- Communicate clearly and frequently to both internal and external stakeholders on progress, status, and work to resolve any potential blockers with key stakeholders
- Take initiative in identifying growth opportunities and optimization in customer environments and roadmaps
- Collaborate with our teams to achieve sustainable growth

Compensation
$150,000 /year to $200,000/year + commission + equity + benefits
Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, location and market conditions. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base salary only, and do not include commission, equity or sales incentives, if applicable. We’re most excited if you also have some of these skills (or are ready to learn):
- Proven work experience as a Sr. Solutions Engineer or Solutions Consultant
- Solid technical background with hands on experience in Surveillance, Supervision, and Archive technologies (Behavox, Shield, Digital Reasoning, Proofpoint, Smarsh, Global Relay, etc)
- Familiarity with cloud Infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Elastic)
- An ability to grasp customer needs and suggest timely solutions
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects
