Sales Account Representative
The Account Representative is responsible for supporting Regional Sales Managers (RSM) in their efforts to promote programs to new dealers, ensuring program usage, and working with existing dealers to expand the use of programs.
Essential Functions
- Work with RSM to assess dealer growth opportunities
- Responsible for application review and set-up process for dealers
- Train new dealers and retrain existing dealers to ensure adoption of
- programs and processes
- Track and organize dealer follow-up, development, new application review, and set-up process for new dealers while maintaining compliance with state and federal licenses and regulations
- Effectively communicate, both written and verbally, approved finance programs and promotions and value-added services
- Be able to present Programs to large groups of dealers virtually and answer additional questions in regard to the program
- Work with existing dealers to understand their business model, gauge sales projections, and help grow their business
- Use persuasive sales techniques to overcome dealer objections
- Become proficient in approval, funding, paperwork, and verification procedures to handle written and verbal explanations to dealers
- Assist with new lead development, market research, and competitive landscape as needed
- Make cold calls to dealers and promote the signup and usage of Power program
- Support incoming customer call volume as needed
Required Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- 2 years of Sales, Customer Service, or related work experience, required
- Financial industry experience preferred
- Attention to detail and accuracy required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Proficient in the utilization of Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, visualize, talk, hear, and handle or touch objects or controls. The employee may occasionally lift, push, or pull up to 20 pounds.
This position is an office-based position where you must be able to sit for long periods of time. The employee will be working on a computer 90% of the time.
