We are seeking a highly proactive House Manager/Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a dynamic and rapidly growing startup. The ideal candidate will be kind, competent, and discrete, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining clear boundaries. While this role is fully onsite in Fairfield, CA, our client is open to candidates anywhere in CA (they will offer relocation assistance).
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the CEO’s residence is well-maintained and organized.
- Manage and oversee the CEO’s small farm, including care for animals and upkeep of the property.
- Manage all household staff and vendors.
- Work closely with the CEO’s Executive Assistant (EA) to ensure seamless communication and task execution.
- Organize and schedule all personal appointments for the CEO, including health and wellness, social events, and more.
- Provide transportation for the CEO as needed, ensuring timely arrival to appointments and events.
- Book personal travel, including accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
- Stock the CEO's fridge, pick up lunch, and manage laundry organization.
- Research and present different meal plan options tailored to the CEO’s preferences.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent time management abilities.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in using scheduling and office management software.
- Ability to take accountability for tasks and projects.
- A kind, approachable demeanor with the ability to establish boundaries.
Location: onsite in Fairfield, CA (open to candidates from anywhere in CA).
Compensation and benefits: $125-150k DOE, great benefits and equity.
