The qualified candidate will have experience in and knowledge of the construction industry. You need to have a proven ability to thrive in a fast paced environment while maintaining organization and attention to detail. You will be interacting with general contractors as well as homeowners so we are looking for someone energetic, optimistic, and result oriented. This position will report directly to our Lead Project Manager, but will need to be a very good communicator as they will be gathering info from the field and delivering it to our back office teams. Your time will be spent inspecting job sites for readiness, quality of work installed, and managing/maintaining customers expectations.
Requirements
Experience:
Construction Experience: 5 years (Preferred)
Bi-lingual – Spanish/English is a must.
