As an Onsite Staffing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in managing staffing operations and providing exceptional support to our client and employees. Your responsibilities will include recruiting, scheduling, and overseeing onsite activities, with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates to meet staffing needs.
- Assist with onboarding new hires, ensuring compliance with company and client requirements.
- Maintain candidate pipelines for immediate and future staffing needs.
Onsite Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact between the tech company and temporary staff.
- Manage scheduling and ensure proper staffing coverage based on business needs.
- Address employee concerns and escalate issues as needed.
Administrative & Technical Duties:
- Utilize computer systems for timekeeping, reporting, and maintaining employee records.
- Provide weekly or daily updates to management on staffing operations.
- Coordinate with supervisors to understand and address performance issues.
Bilingual Support:
- Communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking employees, providing translations as necessary.
- Assist in fostering a culturally inclusive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or onsite coordination is required.
- Proficient in using computer systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish (bilingual required).:
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including occasional evenings or weekends, to meet client demands.
