Job Description:
- Having expertise to Create learning and development program within the company
- Market and Communication, Internally in the company. Campaign the learning program and Development program.
- Good On presentation and PowerPoint, Poster, newsletters.
- Optimally 2 to 5 plus years working within the financial services industry
- A proven influencer with strong interpersonal skills, able to interact at all levels to drive successful outcomes in line with management priorities
- Track record of integrity, grit, courage, flexibility, fortitude, positivity, and compassion
- Comfortable working as a member of a global organization with team members, stakeholders, upper management, and clients in different regions across Asia, EMEA and North America.
