We are hiring a Merchandising Operations Specialist to join a top ecommerce company in Plantation, FL. This is a 3-month contract role with the potential to extend and will be based in their South Florida office on a hybrid basis.
Responsibilities:
- Resolve requests to update customer-facing website content inclusive of product page details such as item names, attributes, specifications, and more
- Identify and eliminate potential defects on website
- Communicate effectively with Vendors and internal stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- BA in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, Finance or similar
- 1+ years of work experience in a similar setting (ecommerce experience preferred)
- Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced environment
- Strong communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Suite products
