Technical Recruiter
New York, NY 10022 - 4 days a week onsite
3 Months Contract to Hire
The responsibilities include, but are not limited to, utilizing job descriptions to develop job postings; collaborating with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs; screening applicants; qualifying resumes; participating in interview panels: and performing all functions related to the onboarding process.
Consult with the team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation and sourcing strategies.
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
Required Skills/Background:
- 5 to 7 years of technical recruiting experience in a corporate environment
- Strong negotiation skills and incredible work ethic
- Experience with BambooHR
- Strong consultative, communication, interpersonal and networking skills
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications
- Must have experience using different job boards
