Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our Denver-based sales team while developing marketing strategies to generate new leads. This role will focus on driving sales growth, building new teams in other cities, and overseeing marketing initiatives to support expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and align sales and marketing strategies with corporate goals, setting both short-term and long-term objectives.
- Lead the expansion of sales teams in new markets.
- Manage marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, online paid media, and print campaigns.
- Set and monitor KPIs (e.g., market saturation, conversion rates, ROI) to track success.
- Provide leadership for both sales and marketing teams, ensuring a positive team dynamic.
- Cultivate B2B relationships to expand commercial networking opportunities.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for both sales and marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing leadership, with a track record of driving growth.
- Strong communication skills (oral and written) with the ability to inspire teams.

Preferred Experience:
- BA/BS degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing management (construction or home improvement industry preferred).
- Experience with SEO/PPC lead generation is a plus.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary: $120k/year + commissions/incentives ($30k–$50k/year).
